[新软件]ClashX Pro通过Enhanced Mode来支持底层全局代理

• 配置好上外网后，直接点击菜单栏的增强模式(Enhanced Mode)，轻松就实现了proxifier的全局功能！命令行、Android Studio等各种工具，全部都能走代理，并且是按照Clash中设定的路由规则智能直连或者代理，非常的方便！

• 需要注意的是，只有使用了Clash Premium内核的工具才能使用增强模式(暂时不清楚开源的foss内核是否也有增强模式)。就Mac客户端，ClashX没有这个功能，非开源的ClashX Pro才有。
